As we wrap up another fantastic season, we want to send a huge THANK YOU to all our swimmers, parents, coaches, and volunteers who made this season so special. The dedication, sportsmanship, and team spirit shown throughout the summer are what make the Wahoos such an amazing community.

🙋 Parent Volunteer Opportunities for Next Season

The Wahoos are a volunteer-run organization, and we're already looking ahead to next year. We have several important positions we'd love to fill with enthusiastic volunteers:

• Social Committee - Help plan team-building events, spirit activities, and special celebrations throughout the season.
• Gear Manager - Coordinate team apparel and gear orders, distribution, and inventory.
• Communications - Assist with team emails, newsletters, announcements, and keeping families informed.
• End-of-Season Party Coordinator - Help organize and execute our end-of-season celebration and awards event.
• Meet-Day Volunteer - Pick a selected position for all swim meets (stroke judge, timer, heating, concessions, heat winner prizes, produce prep, etc).

If you're interested in learning more about any of these roles, please indicate on the survey. Many hands make light work, and volunteering is a great way to support our swimmers and connect with other Wahoos families.
