Hello Wahoos Families,

We are in the home stretch to May! We know that things really start to get busy between now and the end of the school year. So, this email contains A LOT of information, but we’ll be sending more communications with reminders as events get closer as well!

LAST WEEK TO REGISTER!

Fees have increased slightly this season to help support our coaches this season and provide for some required trainings such as SafeSport and CPR certifications. Thank you for your support!

NEW SUITS & GEAR!

All items can be ordered through this site. There is a 2-3 week shipping time and all items will be delivered to you directly!

Plan to come by the Willow Way - clubhouse on May 3rd to try on the new suits we will be using this season. You will then be able to purchase them online along with caps and spirit gear with a 2-3 week shipping time. The sooner you order, the sooner it will get shipped to you!

NOTE: Regarding the new swimsuit - we highly recommend you purchase the new suits. The intention for the new swimsuits is for us to have them for MANY years forward, with the goal of not having to purchase year over year unless needed for sizing. Previous suits will be allowed so long as they are our blue and black ones. If you have any questions, please reach out to a Parent Rep.

NEXT EVENTS:

  • May 3 – 12:00-1:00pm New Parent Meeting
  • May 3 – 1:00-4:00pm New swimsuit sizing 
    • Reminder: there will be NO suits for purchase at this meeting – it is only to find your size to then go online and order
  • May 11 – Wahoos Spirit Day & Afternoon Practices Start
  • May 17 – Coaches Training (Communications to come)
  • May 17 – 3:00-6:00pm Parents Night Out – Papa’s Social House with Kid’s Pizza Party @ Willow Way
